The benefits of an effective night time routine are endless, really. Not only does it set you up for an amazing day ahead, but it helps you get one of the most important things right for your health and productivity. Good, quality sleep and recovery. Which in turn lowers stress and makes life more enjoyable overall.

If you're starting from scratch, first block off a non-negotiable time to begin your routine. Ideally, start an hour before you plan to lay your head down for the evening.
