IN MEDICAL UNIVERSITY Some Acts were passed by the Indian Legislative Council, which helps to improvise the conditions and nourish the system of education in Medical Universities.

THE INDIAN MEDICAL DEGREES ACT, SINCE 1916This Act was implied on 16th March 1916, an agreement by received by Governor-General. The Act was regulated in Western Medical Universities where medical science is applied in Western methods of Allopathic Medicine Obstetrics and Surgery by excluding Homeopathic or Ayurvedic or Unani structure of medical.An Act which provides a grant to title a degree after completion of course as a License Certificate of Medical Science or as a proof of Qualification, authorized from Medical Council.According to Act, every University of Medical Science will be scheduled under by one Central University. Moreover, there are further things that are linked with each University, for instance connecting to more colleges of Surgeons and Physicians.

THE INDIAN MEDICAL COUNCIL ACT, SINCE 1956This Act is undergone by the Indian Constitutional Act, where it defines that in this Act every Hospital, Health Centre or Institution linked with recognized University have a license to provide internship for medical students so that they can experience the whole thing.

Under section 33, some rules and regulations are implemented by the Council of Medical Science.There are few other things were, this Act also defines that every student who is going through an internship will be rewarded by a license or certificate from that health center.

RIGHT TO INFORMATION (RTI) ACT, SINCE 2005One of the best Acts for every student of every University, where they have the right to get information about everything they need to know, this Act was implemented by the Ministry of Law and Justice for every citizen.

This Act also becomes a great help for that one who eventually doesn’t know the basic knowledge of admission or procedure to take admission in University. One of the awards that were held in 1962 by the Medical Council of India, whereas a reward it was funded nearly Rs 1,00,000/- by the association of Medical Institute. The award was given by a lot of respective members of Medical University, there were respective Chief Minister, Chancellor of University, Chairman of Grants Commission, Director and other Respective Staff Members of University.
