If you are feeling upset that life is just kidding and cannot be any worse for you, we can turn around and think about other positive thoughts. When we are suffering from stress, depress, upset, or otherwise in a negative mode of mind because we believe in that "bad things" always happen on us, it is important to overcome those negative thoughts and accept something positive. If we don't do so, we will feel more poor and unlucky.

It is often very difficult to think about good aspects when so many things are in great confusion, but you can think that someone somewhere is worse than you. We can try to think differently from other sides and comfort ourselves step by step.

If you begin with one small, positive thing and keep it during the left part of your day, you will turn to move into a more positive situation: positive thoughts, feelings, opportunities, confidence and people will have enough passion in their life. One more step, you will find that before long, you will change your attitude and choose to be happy, thankful, regardless of the events around you.

Here are some tips for you to have a try. Speak them out loudly from deep heart.

  1. When you wake up in the morning or sleep at night, say "Thank you for giving my life to this wonderful and nice world!"
  2. When the gas prices rise, say "I am happy that at least I have a vehicle in which to get around."
  3. When you are late for work, say "I am so lucky and thankful for my job as I know that there are still many people who don’t have."
  4. If you are having some health problems, say "I feel grateful my eyes can see, my ears can hear, my mouth can eat, my legs can walk, my arms can wave, my hands can write, my mind can think… I am still alive."

The key point is to think more in positive thoughts and keep it there long enough to make it a moment full of joy. The more you try, the happier you'll be.
