How to get Skype on your TV….

If you are buying a smart TV, you’d not have to install the Skype software, it would (in most cases) come built-in with the TV. But if you don’t get it already installed, you could find what suits your TV in the Skype Shop online. Also, you would require a TV camera. So, obviously, this won’t work on just any TV, you need to have an awesome smart TV in place.

The Procedure….

You’ll need a Skype account or a Microsoft account first. If your family does not have many Skype online users and you insist on using a Microsoft account but the TV doesn’t relly give such an option, here’s what you should do:

• Go to Skype.com on your TV.

• Sign in to your Microsoft account.

• Click Account Settings under My Account.

• Under TV and Home Phone, click Set Up.

• You will see your assigned Skype name, and have the option to put in a password. If you do not have a password, create one, as you will need this to sign into Skype on your TV.

Now, you’d have to sign in to Skype on your TV and get the awesome experience. Search for as many Skype online users as you want and chat the night away!
