Mitra Airotec Cyclone is specially designed for spraying on tall trees like Mango, coconut and dates. This is the latest designed product with high air output for maximum vertical reach while spraying. This machine consists of Tank, air conveyor system, pump, gearbox with fan, nozzle and PTO shaft etc.

The Airotec cyclone is tractor operated sprayer, it works on 40HP and above tractor. The source of power for this orchard sprayer is tractor PTO shaft which transmit the power by wide angle PTO shaft to machine. There are two types of PTO shafts are used in Airotec one is wide angle PTO (At the time of turning no need to stop PTO, Spraying Possible at the time of turn to cover side/ perpendicular row) another one is straight angle (Transfer power from Pump to Gear box). In this machine 75 LPM diaphragms pump used for sucking the water from tank. There is 1500lit capacity tank provides to machine with 115lit rinsing tank and 12lit hand wash tank. The rinsing tank filled with plain water for cleaning the hose circuit after spraying and hand wash tank for cleaning the hand. This tractor operated sprayer machine has very compact size which easily works in Mango orchards. It has an enough ground clearance and adjustable track width for better stability during spraying on hilly or undulated areas. The dry weight of orchard sprayer machine is 675Kg. The main tank assembling with the cross agitation system, which is having an agitator for constant chemical concentration while spraying and also provides the basket mixture for mixing the dry powders for preparing the spraying water. The tractor powered orchard sprayer is provided with high quality safety devices for preventing the machine from damages like pump which is prevent from the excessive pressure due to pump safety valve, similarly rubber coupling absorb the jerks and vibration which comes from the tractor. This Airotec cyclone is hydraulically operated sprayer, the air conveyor system of this Air assisted sprayer consists of front and rear air conveyor system. The front system works on hydraulic for rotating the direction and rear conveyor system rotate manually which helps in rotating the direction of spraying. Inside the conveyor system centrifugal impeller are placed for air output. This air assisted sprayer machine is provided with the 2 speed + neutral gearbox for air conveyor system.The Tractor sprayer have 8 ply tyre, which gives the best traction for saving the fuel. It is also having the 3-way adjustable tyre like track width adjustment, height adjustment and tyre position adjustment. The mud removal scrapper is used for removing the mud from tyre for smooth working on field. The high-quality suction filter removes the particle from water and transfer the clean water towards the pump to controller, the brass line filter also filters the chemical water and then passes through the nozzles for spraying
