Take 1 cup finely chopped cooked chicken and mix1 large egg, 1/2 cup whole milk, 2 tablespoons butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Mix flour and baking powder in the mashed corn. Once you have mixed all the ingredients, drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls into the oil. Fry for 3 minutes and serve with green chilli sauce.

Deep-Fried Cheese Bites

To make this delicious little cheesy bites, you will need to add cheese curd in 1/4 cup flour in a re-sealable plastic bag. Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 375°. In another bowl whisk beer with flour. Dip the cheese bites into the batter two to three times and fry for 2 to 3 minutes until they are fried and turned golden brown. Drain the excess oil with tissue towels.
