- Clear your nasal passages- If you have a stuffed nose or experiencing chronic sinus, you must consult a doctor, or usage of saline water might also work. Using a decongestant and using nasal strips can help you breathe easily while sleeping. If you have allergies, reduce the gateway of dust mites into your bedroom.
