On-the-job style of training aims to build abilities amongst professionals. The four ways of such training style include Coaching, Mentoring, Job Rotation and Job Instruction Technique (JIT). This technique is majorly adopted in smaller organizations where more knowledgeable and experienced employees impart training to staff with lesser knowhow.
