Mitra Airotec cyclone is specially designed for spraying on tall trees like Mango, coconut and dates. This is the latest designed product with higher air output for maximum vertical reach on the tree while spraying. This machine has made up with Tank, Air conveyor system, Pump, Gearbox with Fan, Nozzle and PTO shaft etc.

The Airotec cyclone is tractor operated sprayer, it works on 40HP and above tractor. Tractor PTO power is a prime source for running the orchard sprayer, this power transmits from tractor to the machine by wide-angle PTO shaft. There are two types of PTO shafts are used in one is wide-angle PTO (At the time of turning no need to stop PTO, Spraying Possible at the time of turn to cover side/ perpendicular row) another one is the straight angle (Transfer power from Pump to Gearbox). This machine has a 75 LPM diaphragm pump used for sucking the water from the tank, It’s having a 1500lit capacity main tank with a 115lit rinsing tank and a 12lit hand wash tank. After spraying, the machine hose circuit can be cleaned by rinsing tank water and hand wash tank water can use for cleaning the hand. This tractor operated sprayer machine has very compact in size which easily works in Mango orchards. This machine has an adjustable track width and enough ground clearance for better stability, It can easily spraying on hilly or undulation areas. The dry weight of the orchard sprayer machine is 675Kg. The main tank has assembled with a cross agitation system, which has an agitator for constant chemical concentration while spraying. It has the basket-mixture which mixes the dry powder with the water for preparing the chemical spraying solution. The tractor operated orchard sprayer is equipped with high-quality safety devices. It shall prevent the machine from damages, the pump damage can prevent by the pump safety valve. Similarly, rubber coupling absorbs the jerks and vibration which comes from the tractor. Airotec cyclone is a hydraulically operated sprayer. This air-assisted sprayer has a rear air conveyor system, which consists of a front and rear air conveyor system. The front air conveyor rotates on tractor hydraulic power and the rear air conveyor system rotates by a manual system which helps in rotating the direction of spraying. This air conveyor system having a centrifugal impeller, which is placed for producing the air output. This air-assisted sprayer has a 2 speed + neutral gearbox in the air conveyor system. It has the 8 ply tyre, which saves the fuel due to the best traction. Its also having the 3-way adjustable tyre like track width adjustment, height adjustment and tyre position adjustment. This tractor trailed sprayer has equipped with the scrapper, which used for removing the mud from the tyre, it helps for smooth working on the field. It’s having a high-quality suction filter which removes the dirt particle from water and transfers the clean water towards the pump to the controller. There is a brass line filter also filters the chemical water and then passes through the nozzles for spraying
