There are 3 mistakes women make when trying to break a soul tie.

Before I learned about these mistakes, breaking my soul tie was a slow and very draining process. Even though I had been broken up with my ex for months, I couldn’t seem to get over him.

I was putting in tons of work and effort that was distracting myself from the breakup but not getting any results.

And now I know what the problem was. I was dealing with the heartbreak on a superficial level. Now knowing that it was way deeper than that.

My ex and I had formed a soul tie. A strong emotional and spiritual connection that kept me in bondage and prevented me from moving on.

It was a long and draining process. For weeks I did the inner work it took to heal myself emotionally, spiritually, and mentally.

I cried for many nights and days, and thought I couldn’t do it, but I eventually managed to break it. In this article, I want to share with you the three mistakes women make when trying to break a soul tie.

Mistake #1) Thinking prayer alone is enough

Honestly, I'm scared to even say this, but prayer alone is not enough when it comes to breaking a soul tie.

It's important. But not enough.

You actually have to DO something too!

You have to get to the root of the attachment and carve it out by doing the right exercises and using the right tools.

I like to see prayer as an intention. However, that intention needs to be followed by action.

Mistake #2) Staying in touch with him while trying to break the soul tie

Okay, can we get real for a moment?

Have you avoided blocking or deleting your ex on social media because you are scared to offend him and lose your chance of reconnecting?

Yes? Good. Because that used to be me too.

I know you think you have to leave the door a tad bit open just in case he wants to come back.

But I am living proof that you don't.

If the two of you are meant to be together, you will find your way back to each other. Even after the unhealthy soul tie has been broken.

Mistake #3) Dating someone new in order to "forget" your ex

Have you ever heard of self-sabotage? That's when you get into a new relationship prematurely and suddenly start finding flaws in your new man.

Been there, done that.

Dating someone new will not make you forget your ex. Instead, the relationship will uncover old wounds and trigger suppressed emotions.

Which then led to a lot of frustration and eventually a break-up.

Unless you follow a structured plan to break the bondage to your ex, your new relationship will struggle.

So, I'm sure you're now wondering how to break off a soul tie the right way?
