1. Check Hotmail internet connection: Any technical issue is troubleshooting by checking whether the internet is active. Ensure that you are connected to a working internet.

  • Open your browser

  • Ensure that the Work Offline option is unchecked.

  • Then, Outgoing mail server (SMTP): For POP or IMAP accounts, details
  • User Name: Your email account username
  • Password: Your email account password
  • Click Next
  • A final process dialog box appears
  • Your credentials will be updated.
