What is scleroderma? The word Scleroderma derives from a Greek word ‘Sclero’ means hard and derma means Skin. Skin hardening is one of the basic and most visible indications of this disease. It is occurred because of progressive systemic disorder. The disease and its intensity differ from patient to patient. The term progressive systemic disorder has been dejected as it has been found that,scleroderma is not essentially progressive.
