Word Wipe Game

Word Wipe allows you to remove lines from the 20x20 grid horizontally or vertically. You have 60 seconds left. In the beginning, you only need to clear one single line in 120 seconds. As the levels increase, the challenge increases as you must clear more lines in the time you have.

This word puzzle is simple to start. You can simply open a new browser tab or window, visit the site, then play Word Wipe. Click on a starting letter using your mouse. You can slide your mouse horizontally, vertically and diagonally to choose an adjacent alphabet. Next, you can continue with another letter. Drag your mouse over each letter to spell out your word. The tiles that were wiped away above your word will fall down, giving you more chances to find words.

Play Word Wipe

To start the word game, click on the begin button after the word game loads. Words must contain at least three letters. You can select letters adjacent to each other and valid words will appear as the tiles turn yellow to green. You can release your mouse and the word will vanish. Although each letter can only ever be used once, the formation of your word can be moved in any direction.

Controls

Your mouse will do most of the controlling during gameplay. You will still be able to access relevant information below the letter grid as you play. The upper box will show you your level, the points you earned by making words, your score for that level, and how much time is left. You'll also see how many bonus Bombs you have, and how far you are from reaching your set goals to move onto the next level. These boxes contain controls that will allow you exit or pause/play the search, as well as buttons to control the volume of music and view an example of how to make a word.
