Abbreviated as (EOIR), the Executive Office for Immigration Review is an office within the Department of Justice that adjudicates immigration cases in the United States. EOIR oversees Immigration courts in Arlington Va and across the United States.

A delegation of Attorney General, immigration judges and the Board of Immigration Appeals resolves immigration cases as per the US immigration laws. They also decide whether foreign individuals should be ordered to remove from the United States, granted relief from removal or permitted to stay in this country.
