Cancellations made up to 24 hours before departure will result in a charge of $50 per person per sector where a sector is defined as one takeoff and landing i.e. Abu Dhabi - Dubai, Dubai- Vienna etc.; where ATR aircraft are used. Where Economy Flex tickets have been purchased, cancellations fees are waived for such sectors if 100% of the ticket price is refunded
