Posted: Jan 10, 2022
During these months in which we have sneaked into the homes of our colleagues and clients, we have been able to find out.
where buyshroomscanada they live and even their relatives. But above all, we have obtained important lessons on how to make the most of teleworking and we have broken down some stereotypes that surrounded it.
Lesson 1: Productivity is not an obstacle- Results of a survey carried out by Page Group to 3,719 candidates who applied for a job offer between 07/01/2020 and 08/11/2020 in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Switzerland, Austria, Portugal, Turkey, Sweden and Luxembourg.
Before the pandemic, productivity was considered the biggest obstacle that companies encountered when implementing teleworking. However, experience has shown us that the fears were unfounded and most companies have observed not only that productivity was maintained, but that, in some cases, it even increased with their remote employees.
Lesson 2: Reconciliation and also disconnection

Teleworking and flexibility have allowed many people to combine their professional work with caring for family members, at a time when educational centers and other social services were closed. However, it has also highlighted the need to define hours and spaces to be able to have moments of disconnection and rest, as well as the value of the well-being of employees.
Lesson 3: The Importance of Communication

Faced with the impossibility of maintaining physical interactions between employees, companies have tried to compensate for the lack of communication with virtual meetings and calls. Once adapted to the peculiarities of the new communication channels, companies have started to carry out from remote onboarding processes to internal online events to strengthen ties with the team.
PageGroup contacted me several times. At first for one-off jobs, until I finally applied for a search for one of their clients, which would later become my current company. I especially recommend them for the quality of their consultants, for the extension of their multinational network and for the seriousness and discretion throughout the selection processes.
I had heard about the professionalism of the group in the selection of executive officers, so I sent my CV, they contacted me and since then I have always trusted PageGroup. Being a candidate and being a client, all processes have been successful. Getting a job through them has given me the peace of mind of entering a project with expectations for the future. I recommend him for his seriousness and for understanding everyone's needs.
I was selected for the professional position that I now hold through PageGroup. I am currently in an active search process again, and I have reapplied with them, because at the time they helped me make an important change. I advise trusting PageGroup for its volume of offers and its great reach.
My PageGroup consultant is very professional and has excellent knowledge of the sector, which is a guarantee throughout the selection and subsequent hiring process. Whether it is job hunting or looking for workers, I would recommend this group for its successful track record and for the professionals who work there. Great connoisseurs of the different sectors and activities.
