When the hair follicles get blocked with dead skin cells and sebum oil, which is secreted by the sebaceous gland is the main cause of acne. The symptoms of pimples include a shallow blemish with white or blackheads. This blemish will be either flat or raised a little above the skin. There will be a minimal presence of swelling and redness in the skin. Acne lesions are more raised above the skin and exist deep under the epidermis. Acne-prone skin has blemishes that are long-lasting and persistent.

Acnes and pimples are prevented by washing your face twice a day. Use face wash for acne which helps in reducing the formation of acne. If you don’t wash your face regularly it will end up blocking your skin pores.
