1. Banana Cake

Ingredients:

Butter — 125g

Caster Sugar — 3/4 Cup

Vanilla Essence — 1 Tsp

Egg — 1

Mashed Ripe — 2 Bananas

Self-raising Flour — 1 1/2 Cups

Milk — 1/4 cup

Instructions:

  • Melt the sugar, vanilla, and butter in a saucepan and take it out from the heat.
  • Then mix in mashed bananas then stir it through till it’s fully mixed well.
  • Also, add egg and stir it well. Mix in the flour, and add milk then fold it lightly.
  • Bake this cake batter at 170C for 40 minutes.

2. Orange Cake

Ingredients:

All-purpose Flour — 1 Cup

Granulated White Sugar — ½ Cup

Baking Powder — ½ Teaspoon

Baking Soda —? Teaspoon

Salt — ¼ Teaspoon

Orange Juice — 1 Cup

Yogurt Or Curd — ¼ Cup

Olive Oil — ¼ Cup

Orange Zest — 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

  • Heat your oven at 180°c and grease the 7-inch round pan by using butter then dust the pan with a spoon of the flour. Set this aside.
  • Mix sugar, salt, soda, and baking flour in a mixing bowl.
  • Then stir it together with orange juice, olive oil, and yogurt in a bowl for 5 mins then mix it well.
  • Include this liquid mixture in the dry ingredients then fold the batter by utilizing a rubber spatula.
  • After your batter is mixed well add it to the greased baking pan.
  • Bake this batter in the preheated oven for 40 minutes till yeste comes out clean
  • Cool this cake by transferring it to the wire rack. Cool it down fully before decorating.
  • Drizzle some confectioners’ sugar then spread heavy whipping cream.
  • Serve this orange cake with fresh orange or tea.

3. Coconut Tea Cake

Ingredients:

Ginger Tea — 1 Cup

All-Purpose Flour — 3/4 Cup

Instant Oats — 1/3 Cup

Gram Flour — 1/3 Cup

Desiccated Coconut — 1/2 Cup

Baking Powder — 1 Tsp

Baking Soda — 1/2 Tsp

Salt — 1/2 Tsp

Cinnamon Powder — 1 Tsp

Milk — 1/3 Cup

White Vinegar — 2 Tsp

Almond Extract — 1/2 Tsp

Vanilla Extract — 1 Tsp

Sugar — 3/4 Cup

Oil Neutral Flavoured — 1/4 Cup

Instant Oats — 2 Tsp

Desiccated Coconut — 2 Tsp

Instructions:

  • Heat the oven to 180°C and grease an 8–9" round tin. Grease the cake tin with butter or oil and drizzle the purpose flour to make sure it’s coated well.
  • Sprinkle coconut and oats around so the cake that’s taken from the tin can be stocked with coconut and oats.
  • Mix dry ingredients like baking powder, coconut, baking powder, flours, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon powder in a bowl.

4. Easy Tutti Frutti Cake

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour — 1 Cup

Maida/All-purpose Flour — 1/2 Cup

Powdered Sugar — 1/2 Cup

Cooking Oil — 1/2 Cup

Custard Powder — 1/4 Cup

Baking Powder — 1 Tsp

Baking Soda — 1/2 Tsp

Warm Milk — 1 Cup

Malai/Cream — 1/4 Cup

Vanilla Essence — 1/4 tsp

Tutti Frutti — 1 Tbsp

Black Raisins — 5–6

Almonds And raisins — 8–10

Instructions:

  • Mix raisins, tutti frutti in a mixing bowl and also include flour mix then keep it aside
  • Except for sugar mix all the dry ingredients on a mixing bowl
  • Blend oil and powdered sugar in a bowl then stir it for 3mins
  • Mix malai and milk in a bowl then stir it again
  • Then, mix in milk mixture and oil mixture with vanilla essence in the mix.
  • Now, mix the wet mixture to the dry mixture along with grated almond and tutti fruit then mix it well
  • Grease the cake tin then transfer this cake batter
  • Bake this batter in the preheated oven at 200°c for 30 mins

5. Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

All-Purpose Flour — 1 Cup

Whole Wheat Flour — 1/2 Cup

Baking Powder — 1 Tsp

Baking Soda — 1/2 Tsp

Cocoa Powder — 1 Tbsp

Instant Coffee Powder — 1 Tbsp

Egg — 1

Melted Butter — 50 Grams

Sour Cream Or Whole Milk — 2 Tbsp

Vanilla Extract — 1 Tsp

Castor Sugar — 3/4 Cup

Strong Brewed Coffee — 1/2 Cup

Walnut Bits — 1/3 Cup

Granulated Sugar — 1 Tbsp

Instructions:

  • Heat your oven at 180°C, then grease a 6–7 inch round cake tin
  • Take a bowl, and sift dry ingredients that include instant coffee, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and flours.
  • Stir the wet ingredients with the 3/4 cup of castor sugar till you bring a fluffy and smooth mix.
  • Take a well in your dry ingredients and add wet mix them mix it well
  • Scrape the batter into the already prepared baking tin. Drizzle the sugar and walnut pieces on the top then bake it for 40 minutes.
  • Cool this tin for 15 minutes. And cool the cake for another 30 minutes on the wire rack.
