NCR Flat-Buyers Push For Realty Bill This Session To Protect Their Interests

Even in the last few years, home buyers experienced lots of difficulty in buying homes. There were no strict rules and control over home buying. Moreover, lots of unprofessional and unorganized developers filled the market. They could not stick to the quality of products and homeowners had to face great consequences even after paying high prices for their homes. In addition to that, some developers could not make deliveries on time, and there was no control on them.

The Need for Change:

This situation not only created problems for home buyers, but also for reputed real estate leaders. The real estate regulation and development bill of 2013 was a huge problem to lots of people. Home buyers in the NCR regions had experienced a huge upsurge in price. Currently, the bill is more in favour of the real estate builders and not the buyers. As a result, buyers feel that their interests and rights are not protected. There are no specific laws for builders due to which they are not following any specifications while building projects.

Staging Of Demonstration:

In New Delhi, there was NCR flat-buyers push for realty bill this session, where these buyers staged a demonstration on the real estate bill of 2013. Their demonstration claimed in picking up of the bill that did not protect the interests of the buyers. A decision has not been made yet regarding the withdrawal of the bills, but homebuyers are optimistic about it. They even claimed that the bill should be modified to protect the interest of the buyers of Property In Yamuna Expressway in Delhi NCR.

Handing Over The Memorandum:

Apart from the NCR flat-buyers push for realty bill this session, they also decided to hand over a memorandum to the urban development minister by proposing some necessary changes in the bills. Strict laws should be made in the process of building so that builders adhere to using good quality materials. The demand was the result of hardships and struggles that homeowners faced in the process of buying homes.
