Difference Between TV Series and Web Series

The significant difference between TV series and web series is that TV series are broadcasted via TV, whereas the latters broadcasted on websites through the internet. The cost of production for a TV series is much more than a web series. The broadcasting time is fixed in a TV series, while OTT version of the series, the broadcasting time is not fixed.

Network and broadcasting guidelines control TV series, whereas there is no such controller of web series. However, if the Films board of a particular country may feel that the content is inappropriate for their citizens, then the government could take legal action to regularize such series.
