Red Alert 3 is Has More Features than Its Successors

Red Alert 3 is a very interesting game that although being released long time ago back in 2008, this game still has its popularity amongst online games as it continues to maintain its glory between them. For those who are not familiar what Red Alert is, this is a multiplayer game that is depending on strategy type of playing as you get to see your troops from above and move them as you please. This is not what the game stops to be. Actually there is more to the story as the player used in previous versions to play with either the Soviets or the Alliance forces. This indicates it was a game from the time of the Second World War and it is. The games have always focused on these two with all their different approaches and technologies that are mostly different but with alike destructive powers. This means for every weapon or trooper the Soviets have of some certain power or endurance, there is an equal one for the Allies. This would make it fair and would give a player no advantage over the others like some other games.

In the third edition of the game comes a new story, as the Soviets have figured out a way to go back in time. So they use their time machine and kill Einstein who was supposed in the game to have made discoveries that have enabled the Allies nowadays to invent their mass destruction weapons. They succeed, but eventually they discover that they have no nuclear weapons as the same principles that were deleted from history are used to make nuclear weapons. This was supposed to make things easier until this meant that another player has come to the war, which is called the Empire of the Rising Sun. This new rival had new technologies that were known to neither Soviets nor the Allies which meant more headaches about winning the war. The idea is to provide a new civilization with new technologies and new weapons. This means more fun and a new game to roll.

The online multiplayer mode in this game is just like the previous versions, so there would be not much changed in the interface, except for the new girls that keep showing up instead of the troopers in the loading screen. This game is all about strategy and knowledge so if you know your troops, weapons and skills for every technology you would be able to compete and start playing with players online. The good thing is that there is a training when you start the game that would enable newcomers from recognizing at the start without risking the chance of being crushed by skilled online gamers in the start. This game is greatly enjoyable especially with all the yelling of the troops whenever you select or order them to do something regarding FOG games for free. A great thing about winning the game is that you have to finish the whole army to the last soldier, which means leave no one alive, only likewise you would win and be considered victorious.

This version has received some updates during the last years but these were mainly targeted to single player mode. The important thing about this is that some troops contained new upgrades during this and thus gave new strategy planning. The important thing to be noticed about Red Alert 3 and other strategic games is that winning is all about building strategies. These strategies are only built through experience with both what you have and what you face. Some people like to build a lot of troopers of all kids as this game has no limit to the number of troopers like other games.

However, building less number of any type could be dangerous and keeping your training and manufacturing of machinery limited to certain types could be equally dangerous.
