Brussels Airlines continues to go the extra mile for its customers and invest in airport comfort at both Brussels Airport and Kinshasa's N'Djili airport. In 2014, the airline opened a new lounge called "The Loft" in Terminal A of Brussels Airport. Now, they have also opened a new lounge called "The Suite" in Terminal B. The Suite is twice as big as the old B Pier lounge. It has a modern design and is a place where frequent flyers and Business Class passengers can relax before their Brussels Airlines flight to the U.S., Canada, Russia, Israel, the U.K., or Morocco.

Eighteen months ago, Brussels Airlines opened "The Loft," a beautiful new lounge in Terminal A at Brussels Airport (Schengen zone). It stands out because it combines physical and digital experiences in a unique way. "The Loft" became the place to go for business travellers and frequent flyers in no time. This week, "The Suite" joins the list of modern lounges that Brussels Airlines has.

"The Suite" is open to all customers of Brussels Airlines who are leaving from the B Terminal (Brussels Airlines' short/medium-haul non-Schengen destinations like Moscow, Tel Aviv, United Kingdom, Morocco,... and since recently, flights to the US and Canada as well), as well as customers of other airlines, including Star Alliance partners.

The lounge has room for 160 people and, like "The Loft," has different areas for different kinds of travel. There is a place to work for people who need to keep working at the airport. Before a flight, people who want to relax in comfortable seats in a quiet area can do so. There are a lot of drinks, snacks, and salads to choose from in the food area. There is also a place to read, with a wide range of newspapers and magazines. The size of "The Suite" has doubled since the last lounge. During busy times, The Suite's capacity can be increased so that it can hold 100 more people. A Brussels Airlines lounge host who speaks more than one language helps people while they are in the lounge. As with everything Brussels Airlines does, "The Suite" shows the Belgian spirit through Belgian beers, Belgian media, Belgian food specialties, and impressions of René Magritte's surrealist art.

"With 'The Suite,' Brussels Airlines once again shows that it is the best airline in Brussels," says Lars Redeligx, Chief Commercial Officer of Brussels Airlines. "Over 500,000 guests enjoy the "extra smile" of Brussels Airlines in one of our lounges in Brussels every year. After our amazing lounge, "The Loft," opened, the launch of "The Suite" shows once again how committed we are to making our guests' travel experiences better, both in the air and on the ground.
