1. IIM Bangalore

Founded in 1973, the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, is a public business school, which grabs the top rankings in India as well as the Asia Pacific region. 3. Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), Chennai

Running under the canopy of the Loyola College Society, the Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai, provides full-time MBA program for 2 years, part-time MBA program for 3 years, and several other executive diploma courses. Established in 1979, this school also functions as a resource center for PhD programs in affiliation with University of Madras. Presently, a full-time MBA class can accommodate 120 students.

4. ISB, Hyderabad

Founded by industry veterans working at McKinsey & Company, the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, is a private business school, funded by corporate houses, foundations, and individuals from across the world. As per the 2013 Financial Times Global MBA Rankings, the Post-Graduate Program in Management offered by ISB, Hyderabad, secured the 34th rank in the world. It is also the first school in South Asia to obtain the accreditation of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.

5. T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal

Established in 1980 in the university town of Manipal, TAPMI is the second business school in India to receive accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.
