With the development of civilization, human needs to keep on increasing their fulfillment needed simulation, analysis of lot of information’s too became essential. Now the individual responsibilities of every responsible citizen grew up to such a light that it is difficult for him to handle them successfully. Human memory too has its own limitations. So here comes the computer to help in all kind of decision making, whether it is highly complicated research work, war strategy, market speculations or day-to-day need of human life etc. As a matter of fact every individual activity needs decision making. So the computer is the need of organisations and also the need of individual being. With PCs penetrating every area of life, wide proliferation of internet and networking, It will not be exaggeration if we say that it is "Computer era".

So is the need for developing a course for computer field at diploma level. Now, we talk about computer training and certification courses, Cisco training comes up as the first choice.

Computer

A Computer is an electronic device, which is used for a number of applications ranging from writing letters to reserve a ticket in a train. A Computer has several components like Keyboard, Mouse, Processor, Memory, Monitor and printer etc. Computer requires instructions to perform a particular task. A series of instructions is normally known as a program. Hardware and Software are the two terms we frequently use with reference to Computer. CPU, memory and peripheral devices (input and output devices) are generally referred to as Hardware whereas compiler. Interpreter and operating system are examples of software.

Computer system is made up of a number of components. These are Input devices, Memory unit, Central processing unit, Output devices

Concept of Hardware and Software

There are different types of software and there are several generations.

Hardware

The electronic circuits and mechanical components of a Computer such as hard disk, printers, central processing unit, keyboard, mouse, motherboard and other peripheral devices, which ere tangible in nature, or which can be felt, touched are known as hardware.

Software

Programs namely the list of instructions to be executed by Computer is known as the software of the Computer. There are different: types of software depending on the requirement of user or Computers. Software falls into two general categories:

a) System Software

b) Application Software

Course:

The Computer Hardware Course includes connecting keyboard, mouse, monitor, and printer to CPU. Computer training course teaches the basics like how to set the time, date, Word processing basics, Excel basics. It also includes the usage of internet, applications, small presentations etc.

Computer hardware and networking are inter-related. Cisco Systems is the recognized worldwide authority in computer networking, and as well as designing and manufacturing a wide range of networking equipment the company also sponsor a number of professional IT certifications for Cisco products. The various Cisco training courses that are available worldwide allow IT professionals to gain certification in a certain networking fields and with the Cisco stamp of approval there is a whole host of career benefits to be had. The certifications are provided at different levels. The overall Computer Training involves the learning of hardware, software, networking.
