If you feel sick with headache, nausea, and sleeplessness etc, it is better to descend to lower altitude or just do a morning trip of ABC from MBC instead of staying overnight at ABC.

Take time to interact with the local communities along the trail. You'll have the opportunity to experience the unique culture and hospitality of the Gurung and Magar people.
