If you do not use the online check-in option or the JetBlue airline mobile app, you will have to use the kiosk centers. In order to check in, you will need a confirmation code, a credit card, a passport, a TrueBlue number, or a barcode. Be sure to remove old luggage tags before submitting your luggage for check-in. You may also check-in directly and print your boarding pass and luggage tags on the spot. You should have your ID card ready at all times during the process. Crew members will assist you with weighing and scanning your luggage and will be available to answer any questions you may have.
If you already possess a boarding pass (mobile or paper), you do not need to stop at the kiosk, but if you wish to change your seat or desire more spacious seating, these kiosks can assist you. On domestic flights, customers may board 15 minutes prior to departure and should check in at least 30 minutes before departure. If you are traveling internationally, you are required to carry a valid passport regardless of your age. For all passengers, it is recommended that they check in at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time and that they should be on board 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
