Naples is also known as Napoli and it is one of the most iconic cities across Italy. It is one of the most renowned destinations and its history spans back around 3000 years ago. The Naples area was founded during the 8th century BC. Since then, this city has gone through different transformations and it has been under the rule of the Roman Empire. The city is not only home to millions of people but several million other people are living in the surrounding districts. If you are thinking about moving to Naples for higher education, then here is some information about the city that will help you know about the city’s history and culture.

Another top-notch University across the city is the University of Naples "L’Orientale" which was founded in the year 1732. Another renowned university across the city is Pegaso University which is also known as the Unipegaso. It is an open university which was established in the year 2006. Another top-notch university where the students can get enrolled is the Parthenope University of Naples which was founded in the year 1920.
