As people's pursuit of natural and healthy drinks increases, fruit juice drinks, especially pineapple juice with a fresh taste and rich nutrition, are very popular in the market. In order to meet the large-scale and high-standard production needs, modern pineapple juice production generally adopts fully automatic pineapple juice production lines.

The production of pineapple juice is not just about squeezing pineapples into juice. It involves multiple steps, each of which is related to the taste, nutrition, hygiene and shelf life of the product. The standard industrial pineapple juice production process usually includes the following main links:

1. Raw material acceptance and sorting

The purchased fresh pineapples are sorted manually or mechanically to remove rotten, immature or unqualified fruits.

2. Cleaning

Use a special fruit and vegetable cleaning machine to thoroughly clean the pineapple to remove the mud, impurities and residual pesticides on the surface.

3. Peeling and core removal

Use a pineapple peeling and core removal machine to accurately remove the outer skin and core, retaining the edible part.

4. Cutting and crushing

After cutting the pineapple pulp into small pieces, it is roughly crushed by a crusher to facilitate subsequent juicing.

5. Juicing

Use a juicer to squeeze the pineapple pulp and extract the juice. You can choose a spiral juicer or a belt juicer as needed.

6. Coarse filtration and fine filtration

The primary juice passes through the filtration equipment to remove impurities such as pomace and fiber to improve the purity and taste of the juice.

7. Blending and homogenization (optional)

Add appropriate amounts of sugar, acidity regulators and other ingredients according to product requirements, and use a homogenizer to improve the stability and taste of the juice.

8. Vacuum degassing

In order to prevent the juice from oxidizing, discoloring or fermenting, the juice needs to be vacuum degassed to remove dissolved oxygen.

9. Sterilization

Through high-temperature instant sterilization (such as a tubular sterilizer), bacteria that may be present in the juice are killed to ensure food safety.

10. Filling and sealing

The juice is filled into bottles, bags or cans in a sterile environment and sealed to prevent secondary contamination.

11. Cooling and packaging

After filling, the product is cooled quickly, and then goes through the processes of outer packaging, labeling, and boxing, ready for shipment.

Pineapple juice production line

The pineapple juice production line is a complete set of automated or semi-automated production systems, covering the entire process from raw material processing to filling finished products. The following are the main equipment in this production line:

1. Pineapple cleaning machine

The bubble or brush roller cleaning method can effectively remove the mud and impurities on the surface of the pineapple to ensure the hygiene of subsequent processing.

2. Peeling and core removal machine

Automated peeling equipment can improve efficiency, reduce manual errors, and retain the pulp to the maximum extent, thereby increasing the juice yield.

3. Crusher

Crushing the peeled pulp into a size suitable for juicing is conducive to improving juicing efficiency.

4. Juicer

Equipment types include belt juicers, spiral juicers, etc., which can be flexibly selected according to production capacity and product requirements. Its design ensures maximum juice extraction while reducing pomace residue.

5. Juice filtration equipment

Impures are removed by plate and frame filtration, vibrating screens, etc. to improve the clarity of the juice.

6. Homogenizer

The homogenization process can break up the pulp particles, making the juice texture finer, the taste better, and preventing stratification.

7. Vacuum degasser

Effectively remove the residual gas in the juice, extend the shelf life of the juice, and reduce the foam generated during the sterilization process.

8. Sterilizer

The tubular sterilizer or plate sterilizer is suitable for high-temperature sterilization of juice, which can sterilize without destroying the flavor and nutrients.

9. Filling and sealing machine

Depending on the packaging form (bottling, bagging, filling, etc.), screw cap filling machine, aseptic bag filling machine and other types can be selected.

10. Cooling system and packaging line

The juice after filling needs to be cooled to room temperature in time, and then the final packaging is completed through automatic labeling, coding, boxing and other links.
