Always find a reason to laugh, it may not add years to you life but can add life to your years

Positive and negative are two faces of a single coin, it is up to us which side we want to land in. Everyone of us wants to be positive towards everything, life, work, family and friends but sometimes we fail to do so and therefore get into depression, stress and negativity. It leaves very bad influence on our life as well as others that love us. We stay angry all the time and don't treat people nicely which makes them stay away from us and this increases the problem. We become stressful and scared and therefore are not able to give our proper time to our family and friends which makes them think that, they are no longer part of our life.
We start to stay all by ourselves and become very depressed and sad and thus don't feel like talking to anyone. When our family members and friends come to us and ask us what is wrong with us, we don't feel like sharing anything with them thinking that they can't help us out of this one. So, to remove this negativity from our life, we need to think positive and connect with people who could help us remove it and make us happy. Therefore, there are people who work in this field as a consultant, motivational speaker, personal development coach and of course your friend.
When one connects with these people, they feel relaxed, motivated and inspired and then again they start to gain their confidence, strength, personality and positive attitude towards everything. These people target every simple and easy things that are important in your life and then start to study you and your life so that they could start their work as fast as possible. They teach you different ways of releasing your anger, stress and negativity and converting them into happiness, enjoyment and positivity. And the most easiest way to calm yourself is by doing Yoga and light exercises early morning which will keep you active and relaxed thorough out the day.
And another simple yet very effective method of gaining back your personality and positivity is reading and writing positive thinking quotes and implementing them in your life slowly. One should also spend the very important time with friends and family who are capable of keeping you happy, smiling and cheerful always. And as it is said in today's world that 'you are what you tweet about.' So, what you share with world shows what you are, what is your thinking and how you see life. So your tweets do matter and therefore you must tweet about positivity towards life and its aspects.
