- Making dough
2 cup wheat flour
2 table spoon Olive oil
1 table spoon instant yeast
- table spoon Sugar
1 table spoon Salt
- Pizza toping
Capsicum -1
Baby corn- 3
Pizza Sauce – ½ cup
Italian mix herbs – ½ table spoon
Cheese – ½ cup
Method:
Strain Wheat flour in any utensil, add some dry instant yeast, olive oil, salt and sugar on it. Mix all the ingredients properly.Use Luke warm water to knead the flour for 5-7 minutes until the dough becomes soft. Place the dough in a greased bowl so that it gets simmered well. Here the dough for making pizza is ready.
Topping for the pizza:
Cut round small piece of baby corn and capsicum by removing all its seeds. Cook the vegetable for few minutes.
With help of wheat flour make a plain round ball of 10-12 inch in diameter.
Heat the pan after greasing it with oil or you can use a non-sticky pan if available. Then place the pizza inside it. Cook it for few minutes until the lower side gets brown after covering it.
By reducing the flame minimum, flip it upside down. Be careful it shouldn’t be excessive brown. Firstly, using the pizza sauce layer the top. Then put baby corn or capsicum on the pizza. (Topingcan be done as per you desire such as tofu, onion, olive, etc. Sprinkle the cheese properly over the topping.
Until the cheese gets melted and the lower side gets brown a little bit, cook it for 5-6 minutes by covering the pizza. In every 2 minutes, check the pizza.
