The exam is a certification for successful usage of a virtualization application product which allows users to connect t via computer systems and mobile devices to their corporate applications. The time allotted to native English speakers is ninety minutes but for people that are non-native English speakers get an extra thirty minutes time extension (A Pearson VUE must be contacted or when registering in person they need to request for the extension).

The 1Y0-A20 Citrix XenApp 6.5 Administration passing score for the exam is sixty one percent. If a candidate does not manage to get more than sixty one percent the person must wait a day until he or she can register to retake the exam. If the person fails a second time they must wait for a period of fourteen days before they apply.
