Frozen French Fries Manufacturing Process: From Fresh Potatoes to IQF Fries

Frozen French fries are one of the most popular potato products worldwide. They are widely used in restaurants, fast-food chains, supermarkets, and food service businesses because of their consistent quality, long shelf life, and convenient preparation. 1. Potato Receiving and Selection
