With this rate revision, the allotment rates of group housing, residential and institutional properties in Noida have gone up by 10.41%, while those of industrial and commercial properties have gone up 7.5% and 15% respectively. For land across all categories, the Greater Noida authority has uniformly hiked allotment rates by 10.4%. The Yamuna Expressway authority has decided to raise the land rates by 40%. The new rates have seen a steep increase in the allotment price of land in Yamuna Expressway. Rates of residential properties have gone up by 40% while rates of industrial and institutional land have gone up by 28-42 %.

In a welcome move, sensing protest over compensation of the farmers, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway authorities have increased the compensation rate for land acquisition by 10.4%.
