The summer capital of the Indian State of Jammu and Kashmir, Srinagar, lies on the banks of River Jhelum. This summer capital of the J&K state is the largest city in the region, and was coined as ‘heaven on earth’ by a famous poet. True to the word, the beauty of the state is enchanting and mesmerizing.
