Fun & Fast Cape Town International Airport Car Hire

Before my departure to South Africa I made sure that I had a Cape Town international airport car hire reservation made. I’ve traveled across the country before and made the mistake of depending upon local transportation choices. That was something I soon regretted and will never again do. It was torture! I love car hire because it is so affordable, it gives me peace of mind and security and enables me to do so much more than I would otherwise be able to do.

After I arrived at the airport I was able to quickly pick my car up and was on my way to my hotel. We were close to the airport but still a short 20-minute drive to downtown Cape Cod where all of the attractions I really wanted to see were located. I was so happy that I had a rental car because I wanted to do so many things and although two weeks might seem like a long time it is truly not when you’re in a place as delightful as Cape Town. During my visit I was able to visit everything that I wanted to see. This included the Table Mountain National Park, Cape Point Nature Reserve, the Old Biscuit Mill, Greenpoint Park and Biodiversity Gardens, Two Oceans Aquarium and several different beaches. This is a trip that I am not soon to forget and I certainly hope that one day I will be able to return once again.

My car hire from Cape Town International Airport also enabled me to travel to Simon’s Town, a short trip just over 35 miles away. I also stopped on Robben Island, which houses the prison where Nelson Mandela was housed for nearly 17 years and lots of other interesting and historical sights. My trip was phenomenal and I know that none of it would have been possible if I did not have my car hire.

You’ll find an array of cars, whether you want a compact car or a luxury ride. And prices are great! I am an avid traveler and I assure you that car hire in Cape Town is something that you do not want to miss.
