Organizing an online seminar that will be successful requires planning. A crucial factor that affects how well your webinar is received by your audience is when you schedule it. • Know your target audience

People often get mislead by the fact that because free video conferencing is conducted over the internet, the whole world is their audience. This is sadly not the case. • Global time zones

• Avoid weekends
