Normal Production of Light Poles Is Necessary For Electrification Progress

In the modern world, production of everything is being done through several processes. The steel electric poles we use are come in their existing form after a prolonged processing of iron. Initially these poles are in the form of an iron sheet. To provide more strength to these poles, manganese is mixed. Thickness of the sheet is increased and then rolling is started. The manufacturing units are having long machines. Input of raw material from one side, proper dies use in the machine, correct dimensions and thickness of the steel gauge and use of press brake tools is used in one machine so that necessary work can be done when the steel is hot.

Just after the material is out from the machine, rolling patter is started. This is done by another machine. In these factories, light poles are designed for Rural and Urban areas in different ways. Length and strength of the light poles for rural areas is more. Long wires are needed so a huge weight is put on the pole. But in the urban area, poles are placed at small distance and they are able to bear load of electric were of smaller quantity. Each Light Pole Production Line is having a detailed processing.

Integration of various machines is ensured so that smooth functioning of production is continued. In many cases, it has been seen that due to some natural calamities, light poles are de-shaped. Due to some loading/Unloading or installing process, the light poles got de-shaped. To maintain the straightness of these machines, some Pole Straightening Machine is used. These machines are having dies with press machines. Defected pole is inserted in these machines and at the point of defect correct press is applied so that the straightening can be ensured.

This machine is also able to correct some of the dents too. In all the countries, light pole machines and pole straightening machines are installed in same factory as both type of work is concerning with the manufacturing factory too. Straightening service is like an allied service. Though, the same is paid service but still having utmost importance. Large space is needed to install such factories. Detailed infrastructure with electric flat carriers is also mandatory.
