I need to make it clear that I am not accusing any real estate of hiding information deliberately but there are some inexperienced agents who can hide some information from the client as this kind of information can really make things difficult for him/her to survive in the market. But they might never know that this information will usually be helpful for their clients and usually experienced and professional agents don’t hide it from the clients as they know its importance for the clients no matter they are sellers or buyers. So, in case, your agent, by any chance, is not telling you these 3 things, it is your responsibility to ask them as a client. Otherwise, it will be useless to cry over spilt milk.

Suppose you are a buyer and a buyer comes to you and tells you that he wants to buy a residential property. If there is a down season for buyers at the same time, will you tell him?
