Ammar Idlibi - A Long Career in Dentistry

Ammar Idlibi is an experienced professional who has a long career in dentistry. In 1989, he earned a Doctor of Dental Science from the Al-Ba’ath University Faculty of Dentistry in Hama, Syria. That same year, he obtained a student visa and travelled to the United States. He wanted to earn a specialized degree and enrolled in the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. He spent two years at this school and earned a certificate in pediatric dentistry in 1992. That same year, he earned a spot in a fellowship program at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in Farmington, Connecticut.

Ammar Idlibi became a Fellow in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Connecticut, and completed the program in 1995. He returned to his hometown, Damascus, Syria, and opened his own practice. Two years later, he was offered a job in an American multi-specialty elite practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This was a great career opportunity, and Dr. Idlibi took it. He moved to Saudi Arabia and worked there for three years. In 2000, Ammar Idlibi decided to officially immigrate to the United States of America. He moved back to Connecticut and after earning another degree, he opened his own practice.

He already had a great education and years of experience in pediatric dentistry. He opened Kids Dental Care in 2007 and began treating his patients. He became a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and a certified diplomat with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He has great writing skills and has authored several articles. He has also given several speeches at the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry’s annual meetings. He is a hardworking and intelligent dentist who has built an excellent career.

Ammar Idlibi owns and runs three dental practices in Connecticut. Each of these practices is specialized, and Dr. Idlibi employs more than 40 professionals. He pays more than a million dollars in annual wages, and an additional million dollars in annual taxes. He is an entrepreneur and an inventor as well as a dentist. Dr. Idlibi created Healthy Sweet, which is a sugar free drink for children. This drink has no artificial sweeteners and no preservatives. He began this project in 2010. His goal was to provide children with a sweet drink that helps prevent tooth decay. Ammar Idlibi is an experienced and knowledgeable pediatric dentist who is dedicated to helping his patients keep their teeth strong and healthy.
