Each and every one of have experienced moments of joy or delight at some point of our lives and we all know what happiness feels like. When we are happy there is surge of energy in our body and for many it is also a source of strength. These days companies are judged not by how much revenue they are able to generate but how happy are its employees because life is journey in the pursuit of happiness and practicing yoga has been attributed to giving us joyous energy and the will to embrace everyone, everything and just spread positivity.

"It's not how much we have, but how much we enjoy that makes happiness."

We come into this world empty handed and leave this world empty handed and that is the supreme truth but there is one thing that we can take with us after we past and that is goodwill of mankind. Yoga teaches us how to achieve oneness or takes us closer but that does not mean fully detach from the rest of the world. Fact is yoga is the best way to relax our body and our mind but it takes lot of practice before you start to see happiness-results. Being happy is also a habit just a single hour of yoga lowers levels of depression and anxiety. So the good news is even a single session of yoga kick start change in your brain chemistry and improving your mood.

Practice makes us perfect and long-term yoga practice creates long-term changes and these individuals find themselves to be happier and healthier. When we are not easily tired or fall prey to anxiety, and anger a real biochemical change starts to take place and it has direct relationship with our physical and mental health. It is very simple when our body and mind are healthy we are not perturbed and the new found calmness and patients allows us to deal with situation with better cognitivity.
