To disable plugins, move to the top-right corner of the browser and click the menu icon i.e., "?". Go to Tools option and select Extensions. To disable an extension, uncheck the "Enabled" icon. To remove the extension, click Delete. Now eliminate that extension which is no longer useful for you.

Solution 5 -

To disable Sandbox technology, go to Desktop and right click on Google Chrome icon. Now navigate to Properties and go to Shortcut option. After this step, click on Target option and type "no sandbox" at the end of the target path. Click OK and launch Google Chrome.
