15 Minute Workout Every Day

There may be multiple ways to gain muscle but this article is going to save you the from the complicated stuff until later. Let’s face it, some people are okay with the extensive research but some of us would rather just get straight on to a specific routine. If you are already familiar with the basics, you would know that consistency is the key to progress no matter which of the multiple ways to gain muscle you choose. The good thing about this easy workout is that you can do it within 10 minutes.

Here is a quick routine you could follow everyday for 15 minutes:

Rest is optional but taking a 30 second break in between each workout is fine because your body is still pumped up. Any more than a 30 second break and your muscles start to relax again decreasing its productivity.

  • 1 minute jog in place

Jogging in place allows you to both warm up and increase your heart rate. Which is a good way to loosen up your muscles and condition them to maximise the growth of your muscles from the following exercises.

  • 200 pushups

Pushups are really easy to do and really beneficial to the body 200 repetitions can be done by doing 50 reps, going straight to situps, doing another 50 reps, do a 1 minute plank, and so on and so forth. You might have a hard time doing the whole 200 pushups but if you start by alternating then later on doing a full set of 60, 80, 100, 120, and all the way up to 200, you’ll realize that progress and growth isn’t that hard.

  • 50 situps

Doing 50 sit ups are really easy and if you are not content with doing normal sit ups, there are many other different versions of the sit up you can do. If you are really conscious about your abdominal physique, you can add a few more sit ups and spice it up.

  • 50 burpees

Burpees are a good way to keep yourself flexible even if you are gaining muscles. There are many instances where the more weight you put on, the heavier you feel. If you are okay with this, then fine, but if you are not okay with this, then upgrade your exercise into one that focuses on flexibility. The heavier you become, the lighter you should feel if you are also exercising your strength and agility at the same time.

  • 1 minute plank

Both a cooldown and a way to solidify the muscle expansion you have just gained from your workout.
