A certificate course on real-estate laws regarding the three tiers of regulations the centre, state and local laws has been launched by the Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar GNLU. Aimed at real-estate stakeholders regarding real-estate laws, this is their second endeavour in promoting these laws following a national symposium of realty law organized recently. The certificate course was attended by developer, developers, real-estate agents, housing finance institutions, architects, civil engineers and lawyers. Designed and coordinated by Anand Shrivas CCEL Research Fellow on Real-estate Laws, the course will be conducted across India to train real-estate professionals in the legal aspects of real-estate.
