  • Go to "File--> Account Settings" again choose the options "Account Settings-->Data Files".

  • Choose one location and archive file name.

3. Combine Outlook PST into Master Archive

Step 3.1: Connect a single Outlook old archives PST file by using the steps:

a, Select "File" and then click "Open".

b, Select "Open Outlook Data File" option.

Step 3.2: Copy the previous content of original archive to a new file.

Step 3.3: Perform right-click when drag the desired data and drop it to a particular location while copying data.

Step 3.4: Then, easily transfer the calendar items and switch it to a list view by the View tab.

Step 3.5: Disconnect the original archive by using the button "Remove" from the "Data Files" of users "Account Settings".

  • For MS Outlook 2003 & 2007:
  • Go to "File--> Data File Management".

      • For MS Outlook 2016, 2013, 2010:
  • Select "File-->Account Settings".

  • Then go to "Account Settings-->Data Files"
