The organisation is so important in any office and business establishment. And there is one comprehensive online suite offering all of this, which is Microsoft's Office 365.

Microsoft Forms makes creating registration forms, surveys, and quizzes. It also lets you invite people so that they can reply to it and also have some built-in analytics tool which proves useful for evaluating the results.

Microsoft Planner helps organise teamwork by letting team members share tasks and files they work on. It also helps associate specific documents and hold conversations around tasks.

Microsoft Stream lets you upload and share your videos within your organisation so that everyone can see it. It can also share meetings, presentations, class recordings, and training sessions.

Microsoft Sway lets all your team members express ideas through an easy to use and interactive internet-based medium.

Microsoft Teams works as a teamwork hub where colleagues can connect with all chat conversations, video calls, content and Office 365 tools in a single workplace.

OneDrive is Microsoft's online Cloud storage service that lets you save, share and even sync files with members and devices connected on the web.

Yammer is a social network which can be used to let your organisation members hold threaded discussions, involve related people like your clients and vendors in discussions and conversations and also allows everyone shares their notes and knowledge about work relevant stuff.

Taking a look at the so many features offered by Microsoft's Office 365, it's no doubt it is the ultimate productivity suite every modern workplace should have and use.
