Dynamics 365 vs Dynamics CRM: Why It is a Good Idea to Switch to 365

Dynamics 365, since it debuted in 2016, has become somewhat of a rockstar in the industry. More and more users are starting to the flexibility, cost-efficacy, and functionality it brings to the table. However, what about the folks Dynamics CRM users? Well, while several such users have already made the switch to 365, the fact is that many people are hesitant to follow the same path.   3. Artificial intelligence: Dynamics 365 gets myriad of artificial intelligence and machine learning abilities that offer better insights as well as improved predictions and data analysis. Case in point: The Relationship Assistant in Dynamics 365 for Sales. It monitors behaviors, probes information, and provides automatically generated action cards that help make sure that the pipelines never stop moving. The Relationship Assistant is also capable of evaluating relationships with customers and suggest subsequent steps such as contacting inactive users, reminding users about upcoming activities, and more.
