  1. Go to the ‘Control Panel’ tab and set-up Outlook of the Windows and go to Mail> Email>New and click on the ‘Manually configure server’ settings.
  2. Right-click on the ‘Next’ option and fill your IMAP account details and Outgoing/Incoming server details.
  3. Then click on ‘More Settings’.
  4. Select SSL connection and click on the ‘Advanced tab’ and in the IMAP server enter 993 port number.
  5. Enter the SMTP server’s port number as 465 and choose SSL connection and click ‘OK’.
  6. Click on the ‘Next’ tab.
  7. Click on ‘Finish’.

Limitations of Using the Manual Way to Export OLM File to PST Format
