Kumbhalgarh is one of the biggest forts in the royal cap of Rajasthan. It is renowned for majestic and intricate architecture. Going around Kumbhalgarh Wildlife Sanctuary
Kumbhalgarh Wildlife Sanctuary is located in the Rajsamand district, with greater than 578 sq km. The sanctuary is surrounded by dense forest.
Walking to Badal Mahal
Badal Mahal is an architecturally astounding piece of a palace located in the Kumbhalgarh fort. There are separate halls for men and women. One can view the entire city from this palace.
Visiting Neelkanth Mahadev Temple
This beautiful temple is dedicated to the Almighty Lord Shiva. It is believed that the Maharana Pratap used to worship Lord Shiva daily. The temple has a 6 feet Lingam of Lord Shiva.
Trekking to Parshuram Temple
It is believed that Parshuramji meditated in this cave and it was enshrined by Lord Shiva himself. Along with Lord Shiva, there is an idol of Lord Ganesh and nine 'kunds' that never dry. Further, there are mesmerizing views of Aravalli Hills from this temple. There are 500 steps to reach the main area.

This temple is one of the most beautiful temples in terms of carvings. There are various statues added to the temple. It is devoted to various Tirthankaras, namely Lord Adinath, Lord Neminath and Lord Parasnath. It has distinct 1444 carved pillars and 29 halls.

The best time to visit Kumbhalgarh is from October to February, when the weather is ideal for sightseeing. One can also visit from July to August when there is a monsoon season. During this time, the city looks very picturesque, beautiful and it gleams with greenery.
