This happens with the Green Smoothie

The greens we consume in Smoothie contain chlorophyll, which is also called as concentrated sun power. At the center of the chlorophyll molecule is magnesium which plays an important role in eliminating resistance in the body which is due to magnesium deficiency. (The magnesium at the center of chlorophyll and iron at the center of hemoglobin in human blood have the same molecular structure, except for the center).

Smoothie gives better energy, alkalises the body system, reduces inflammation, which in turn reduces insulin resistance. Reduced insulin resistance lowers blood sugar levels. Because of the leafy greens used in Smoothie, we get a good amount of magnesium, which reduces insulin resistance. It helps in increasing hemoglobin levels also.
