The lands which are allotted to the private organizations by the govt. are un-used, so the govt. has decided to take back those lands according to the orders passed by CCLI. Around 6,500 crores are estimated by selling those lands. This planning was also discussed in the Assembly in the recent budget sessions.

The Govt. is planning in such a way that, this money would not only help in developing the Telangana state, will also include developing the Hyderabad with high quality infrastructure of IT/ITES companies it will be the most attractive destinations for large global investors, this will cause inflow of investments into the city and also many employment opportunities would be created by the private organizations who buy these lands.

In 2005-06, the previous govt as well sold the lands around Kokapet at 14 crores per acre which increased the demand of real estate. HMDA plays a major role in that time. Now the present govt is also thinking the sales in the same level has the previous govt had.

As the result of this, many private organizations are ready to buy these lands and build some organizations which would be helpful for many unemployed people around Hyderabad. And, the areas around these lands would also make a good cost and the result would be real estate boom at high in Hyderabad.
